BEFORE PHOTO: apply  to any rusted surface. It  penetrates and neutralizes the rust. Dries into black protective coating as seen above.

AFTER PHOTO: After two years the untreated metal has rusted away. The treated section  continues to protect the metal.   Simply remove any loose rust, grease or oil and paint on with roller or brush.
