These oils are produced using the highest quality solvent refined paraffinic base oils and additive package which includes a dispersant viscosity index improver. additive package also includes detergent, antiwear, friction control, anti-oxidant, corrosion inhibition, and foam suppressant agents.

PETRO-AMERICA, railroad diesel engine oils are zinc free oils for use in high output, medium speed diesel engines used in a wide variety of applications such as railroad, marine, and stationary engines. All PETRO-AMERICA railroad diesel engine oils meet Electro-Motive division GMC ( EMD ) and GENERAL ELECTRIC as well as ALCO and BALDWIN LINA-HAMILTON for use in both turbo charged and non-turbo charged engines. These oils are recommended for use in medium-speed, two or four cycle diesel engines burning distillate type fuel.
