PETRO-AMERICA, SERIES III engine oils are heavy duty diesel detergent inhibited to provide strong diesel performance in a variety of applications. These oils are mixed fleet motor oils recommended for four cycle gasoline engines and all four cycle and two cycle diesel engines. SERIES III-D oil is made from highly refined, highly stable solvent neutral base stocks that provide low pour capability and a reduction of combustion chamber deposits. The additive package includes metallic detergent and ashless dispersants, also included is oxidation, corrosion, and rust inhibitors. To control sludge and varnish deposits the anti-wear additive protects engines against valve and lifter wear under severe loading conditions, while the high level of reserve alkalinity provides protection against acids formed by oxidation and high sulfur diesel fuels.

APPLICATION:

PETRO-AMERICA, SERIES III-D oil is designed for severe commercial on-highway, off-highway , stationary, and farm service. It is recommended for service in both gasoline and diesel use. With it's CC, , CD, SF/CE, SG/CD, SH/CD, and SJ/CD api service classification. where high detergent API CD oils are preferred
